Terms and Conditions of Arab Bank Credit Card Issuance and Usage
These Terms and Conditions, as applicable, govern the relationship between Arab Bank plc (the Bank) and any person who applies for a MasterCard/ Visa Credit Card whether he has an account or not. The following terms and expressions shall have the meaning assigned to them herein (masculine includes feminine)
Definitions:
• The Terms and Conditions: The Terms and Conditions showing the way of using the MasterCard/ Visa Credit Card, the rights and obligations of each of the Card Applicant and the Bank, and any amendments / changes thereto.
• The Bank : Arab Bank plc.
• The Card: MasterCard/ Visa Credit Card issued by the Bank and enable the Applicant to withdraw money or purchase good or service without availability of balance in his/her account whether the Applicant is requested to settle the utilized balance in full on due date or to settle a percentage from this balance as specified in card issuance application and the interest shall be calculated on remaining balance.
• The Primary Card :The Card that is issued by the Bank for the Applicant upon his request and with compliance to these Terms and Conditions
• The Supplementary Card: The Card issued by the Bank upon the primary Cardholder's request for use by the person nominated by him according to these Terms and Conditions.
• The Applicant: Any person who applies for MasterCard/Visa Credit Card issued by Arab Bank whether he has an account or not, and he is liable/responsible for Supplementary Card (s) issued upon his request and approved by the Bank.
• The Cardholder: Any person who is holding Arab Bank Primary/Supplementary MasterCard/ Visa Credit Card issued upon the Applicant's request .
• Insured: (MasterCard/Visa) primary cardholder who is enrolled in credit shield service for Arab Bank credit cards.
• The Card Usage: The purchase of goods, or the obtaining of services from service centers or cash advances by use of the Card through MasterCard/Visa Automated Teller Machines (ATM(s)) or MasterCard/ Visa member banks.
• The Card Limit: The maximum outstanding balance permitted by the Bank and can be utilized by the Applicant.
• The PIN : The Personal Identification Number issued for the Primary / Supplementary Cardholder by the Bank to allow him to use the Automated Teller Machines (ATM (s)) worldwide which bear "MasterCard"/ "VISA" logo for cash withdrawal and balance inquiry and on the Point of Sales (POS) which requires PIN(s).
• The Expenses : Include expenses / fees for stamps, mail, telephone, facsimile, differences in currency exchange rates, interest charges, all commissions and collection charges, and all other banking expenses, the Bank pays and incurs as a result of issuing a Card or using one as per the area decision.
• The Monthly Due Amount: The monthly amount that should be paid by the Card Applicant. This amount represents a percentage of the total liabilities or the minimum due. The monthly minimum due could be 100 % or 50% or 25% percent of these liabilities.
• The Card Account Balance: The total utilized balance on the Card account payable to the Bank according to the Bank's records on the issuing statement date including all charges, interests and accrued interests.
• The Card Account Statement: The Bank's statement showing the details of the debit/credit amounts, and the balance of the Card payable to the Bank incurred by the use of the Card by the Cardholder.
• ATM Machine: Machine related to Arab Bank or any other Bank or financial institution that linked to local/International switch and accepted the card as a way of dealing.
• Cash Withdrawal: any amount that the primary/ supplementary cardholder withdraw through ATM machine by using his/her credit card issued by the Bank.
1. The Applicant authorizes the Bank to designate an account to deal with the Card, all transactions, commissions, expenses, interests and payments resulting from using the primary and/or supplementary Card shall be posted to this account which will be considered as a reference and acceptable evidence to determine the debit/credit balance. The general and special conditions of accounts apply to this account as far as they don't conflict with these terms and conditions.
2. The use of the Card should be limited to the Applicant or the person whose the Card issued to (upon the Applicant request) only. No one else should be allowed to use it. The Applicant undertakes to use the Card only during the validity period embossed on it.
3. The Applicant should use the Card within the Credit balance (if any)/the specified limit assigned for it, and he undertakes not to spend beyond the limit assigned to him by the Bank. In case of over limit, the Applicant shall bear all charges as per fees and charges list issued by the bank
4. According to the rules of MasterCard/Visa International, the Applicant acknowledges that the Card is used by him if it is presented to a merchant, even if the signature on the purchase voucher may differ from that on the Card.
5. The Internet Shopping Card is issued exclusively for Internet, telephone or mail purchases. However, It cannot be used for purchases through merchants/ service centers, and cash withdrawals.
6. The Applicant undertakes not to use the Credit Card/ Internet Shopping Card to settle illegal purchases/ services such as gambling and drugs in accordance with the local / prevailing laws in the concerned countries.
7. The Card should be signed by the Applicant immediately upon receipt and he should return the acknowledgment receipt to the Bank after being signed by him. The signature on the Card Application constitutes an assurance on the part of the Applicant that he will be committed to these Terms and Conditions, and represents that he will exercise all possible care to ensure the safety of the Card, and prevent the PIN(s) disclosure to others.

i. The Applicant is fully responsible for safeguarding his Card(s) and PIN(s) and to keep them in separate secure places and deems responsible for any results of Card loss/theft/usage or disclosing PIN(s) to others. The Applicant must immediately notify the Bank on the telephone numbers mentioned on the instructions Card which is delivered along with Credit Card, then he should confirm it in writing as soon as possible, clarifying the circumstances in which the Card was lost or stolen. and the Applicant is released from any responsibility from the time of advising the Bank of such incident.
ii. It is up to the Bank to re-issue a new Card instead of the damaged, reported lost / stolen one, and its issuance is subject to the Card issuance fees.
iii. The Customer understands that he/ she can activate / block the Card on Arabi Online Internet Banking Service and that activation of the Card should only be done once the Card is under the Customer’s custody.
9. Any losses resulting from using a lost / stolen Card for cash withdrawals on Automated Teller Machines (ATM(s)), shall be borne by the Applicant as such transactions cannot be processed without using the Card's PIN.
10. The Bank may terminate the contract which includes cancel the validity of the Card in case of Applicant's breach of any of his/her contractual liabilities and after notifying him/her in writing on accredited address with the Bank and the Applicant undertakes to return the Card to the Bank immediately. All amounts, interests and commissions will be immediately payable in full and shall represent a due debt the Applicant must pay to the Bank. Also, the card will be stopped immediately and without any prior notice upon death, bankruptcy, incapacity of the cardholder.
11. The Bank has the right to revoke the contract without referring back to the court and without notifying the Applicant, if the Applicant's name is listed on any of Arab Bank internal lists or if the Bank noticed any invalid documents for credit cards application, or if the submitted collaterals or undertakings are incorrect.
12. The Bank may at its sole discretion and without notice, suspend the right to use the Card temporarily if the Bank has any suspicious of misusing the Card according to reports received by the Bank or as a result of not being able to prove the correction of the transactions with the Applicant specially if received from high risk classified countries or whatever reason(s) it deems fit.
13. The Applicant may request at any time to terminate his MasterCard/Visa Credit Card through a written notice to the Bank enclosing the Card and any Supplementary Card(s) (if any). The Applicant will remain responsible for the amounts due from the use of the Card and any interests, commissions thereof. Termination shall not affect the rights of the Bank or the obligations of the Applicant which shall continue until all commitments are fully discharged.
14. If the Applicant wishes to cancel the Card, the Bank will hold any Collateral (if any) for at least one month from cancellation date to make sure all liabilities are settled and the Applicant may request for liabilities clearance certificate after full payment and after 30 days of card cancellation
15. The Bank may renew the Card with the same limit assigned to it or for any other limit the Bank may assign without the need for the Applicant's approval, unless he has informed the Bank not to renew the Card two months before the Card expiry date.
16. The Bank may upgrade or downgrade card type upon cardholder usage of the card or the Bank's decision in this regard.
17. The renewed Card is issued with same PIN for the old card.
18. The Bank may issue Supplementary Card(s) upon a written request from the Applicant as he is responsible for any supplementary Card(s). The Applicant shall be liable for all amounts arising from the use of the Supplementary Card(s).
19. The Applicant undertakes to keep enough funds in his Account to settle the monthly due amounts, expenses, interests and fees arising from issuing the Card or using it. The Applicant hereby authorizes the Bank to debit his Account with all due amounts and expenses on monthly basis, in addition to the interests / commissions/ late settlement fees and MasterCard/Visa International fees until all commitments are fully discharged.
20. The Applicant (who does not have an account with the Bank) undertakes to settle the monthly due amounts, expenses, interests and fees arising from issuing the Card or using it as per the rate determined by the Bank.
21. The monthly due amount represents the Applicant's transactions and previous liabilities, interests and fees as a percentage of the total liabilities with a minimum due, whichever is greater . Any amounts which are past due or over the Card limit shall be added to the monthly due amount .
22. A Monthly statement of MasterCard/Visa Card transactions performed by the Applicant is issued at the end of the Card cycle, showing all transactions details, total liabilities, monthly due amount and the settlement date. The applicant's Account shall be debited with the monthly due amount automatically on the settlement date . If the Card is an Internet Shopping Card, all outstanding amounts are due on monthly basis. The Bank will send a paper / Electronic statement to the Applicant on his address maintained by the Bank/ though Internet Banking Service (Arabi Online). Sending the statement to the Applicant's address/ through Internet Banking Service (Arabi Online). The statement is deemed to be correct unless otherwise stated by the Applicant through a written notice not later than thirty days after the date of the statement.
23. The Company / Institution / Joint Account holders shall be totally liable for all amounts arising from the use of the Card by any one of their authorized users which may be debited to the applicant's Account, and the Bank will not accept any revocation regarding these amounts. Consequently, the Company/ Institution / Joint Account holders are liable to pay all amounts arising from using the Card.
24. Cash advance fees of the withdrawn amounts are charged. A foreign exchange commission is levied on transactions taking place outside the Card issuing country. The said commission includes all FX fees levied by MasterCard/ Visa International.
25. The Bank shall automatically debit the applicant's Account with the monthly due amount on the settlement date. If enough funds are not available in the applicant's Account to meet the monthly due amount, the Bank shall debit whatever amount available in the Account and the remaining shall be carried forward to the following month. Late settlement fees shall be charged if the monthly due amount is not paid in full.
26. If the monthly due amount is not debited in full on the settlement date, the bank has the right to suspend usage of the Card or confiscate it until all past due amounts are settled . If the applicant's becomes delinquent for three months, the total outstanding amount shall be payable in full, and in case of insufficient payment amount or insufficient balance in credit card principle account, the Bank has the right to reconcile between the balance / credit balances for all Applicant's account's with the bank and with due payments.
27. If the Applicant (who does not have an account) does not settle the monthly due amount, the bank has the right to suspend usage of the Card or confiscate it until all past due amounts are settled . If the Applicant becomes delinquent for three months, the total outstanding amount shall be payable in full.
28. If the applicant wishes to debit the monthly due amount to foreign currency account, or requests to make an automatic cover from a foreign currency account to the card account, the equivalent foreign currency amount shall be debited to the applicant's account at the prevailing exchange rate of the settlement date.
29. The Applicant can pay any amounts in the branch to the Card Account at any time to settle any previous liabilities and these payments are deducted from the total liabilities.
30. The Applicant (who does not have an account with the Bank) undertakes to settle the monthly due amount, expenses, fees and interests in cash through the branch/ATM machines or by wire transfer.
31. All amounts which are due from the Applicant shall be converted by MasterCard/Visa International to the local currency if the transaction takes place outside the country of residence at the international prevailing rate of exchange. The Applicant also authorizes the Bank to purchase the foreign currency to settle all due amounts.
32. For Applicants who have hold mail accounts should check at the branch to receive the Card statement and check the correctness of its transactions. The Bank will not be held responsible for any losses related to chargeback rights if not claimed within the period stipulated by MasterCard/ Visa International.
33. A monthly interest shall be calculated on all outstanding liabilities according to the interest rate determined by the Central Bank. The Bank has the right to increase/decrease the interest rate according to the prevailing market rate and according to Bank's absolute decision without the need to have Applicant's approval and upon notification sent to the Applicant of such amendment
34.
i. Debit interest is calculated on Cash Withdrawal transaction from the transaction date until issuance of next card statement and the interest shall be debited automatically in same card statement date.
ii. Debit interest on Retail Transactions is calculated from the transaction date till full settlement date. On settlement date and in case the Applicant pays in full the outstanding balance the debit Retail Transaction interest will be waived automatically otherwise, if the Applicant does not pay in full the outstanding balance then the due monthly interest will be debited automatically on the card account.
iii. Debit interest is calculated on outstanding card account balance including accumulated interest plus charges and until full settlement.
35. The Card limit could be increased/decreased and any other data can be amended in coordination with the concerned parties.
36. The Applicant admits that the Card is the property of the Bank at all times, and that he holds it on trust for a specified period of time. The Applicant undertakes to immediately surrender the primary/Supplementary Card(s) (if any) to the Bank upon the Bank's request.
37. These Terms and Conditions may be amended / changed by the Bank provided to notify the Applicant before fourteen working days from the implementation date of the following amendments:-
i. increase of charges paid by the applicant for the electronic service.
ii. Increase of Applicant's obligations toward the Bank in relation to the electronic service.
iii. Placing any amount restriction on numbers and limits of electronic transfers of Applicants funds.
38. The Bank issues the Card for the Applicant in accordance with the local laws, and the Applicant shall use the Card within the laws / rules of the local authorities.
39. The Bank shall not be liable in case the Card is not accepted by a third party and in cases when a dispute may arise between the Applicant and a third party, this dispute shall not affect the Applicant's liability to pay all amounts arising from using the Card. Also the Bank shall not be liable towards any inherent vice, shortage, default in the merchandise or services acquired by using the Card.
40. The Applicant is notified with any Transaction took place on his card account through Short text message (SMS) on Applicant's Mobile Number with the Bank.
41. In case a transaction appears on the Card account statement, and the Applicant claims that he did not participate in the transaction or did not authorize it, The customer may claim the transaction within Thirteen days from the Card Account Statement date and after proper documentation is presented, and the transaction amount shall be credited to the Card Account only after the Bank receives a credit advice that the said amount is collected from the acquiring bank, noting that the collection period may take two months, and in accordance with the By Laws established by MasterCard/ Visa International. In case the claim is not valid, the Bank has the right to charge the Applicant the expenses incurred, or any expenses / fees resulting from submitting the claim to the acquiring bank or to any third party.
42. The Applicant is liable for all transactions made using the Internet Shopping Card number & MasterCard/Visa Credit Card Number. The Bank shall not chargeback any transaction amount and shall not be held responsible, whether the transaction is performed by the Applicant or any other person.
43. The Applicant is aware that using the Card number for purchasing/ obtaining services through the Internet or by Mail/Telephone, may result in disclosing the Card number and usage by unauthorized persons.
44. For notification and correspondence purposes, the Applicant is under liability in case of any change of his address or telephone numbers, to notify the Bank through a written notice specifying the change which took place.
45. The Applicant shall keep his copy of the sales vouchers issued by merchants, or advices generated by ATMs for purposes of verifying them against the statement of Card Account to ensure the correctness of the stated transactions.
46. The statement of card transactions issued by the Bank shall deem a sufficient proof of all transactions resulting from using the Card and balance. The Bank is not obliged to present original advices and/or transactions made by the Applicant, and the entries received by the Bank from MasterCard/ Visa International and payment services companies are considered correct, obligatory and acceptable evidence for the Applicant unless he submitted a claim according to item No. 41.
47. The Applicant declares that:-
i. All judicial notifications and/or anything proceeding from the bank to the Applicant shall be acceptable to be sent at the Applicant's address submitted by the Applicant to the bank.
ii. The governing law of this contract is the Jordanian law.
iii. The bank has the right to prosecute the Applicant before any competent court within the country where the Applicant's domicile, notwithstanding of the geographical jurisdiction of the court referred to hereunder and without the Applicant having the right to object or contest to the geographical jurisdiction of the court thereof.
iv. Notwithstanding the forgoing provisions of this Article (50), the bank shall be entitled to exercise its power to prosecute the Applicant in any jurisdiction or before any jurisdiction which has become the domicile of the Applicant, or where the Applicant's property located, and the right of prosecution under any jurisdiction does not preclude the Bank's right to prosecute at the same time in one or more other jurisdiction at any other country.
48. The Bank has the right to exchange information about the applicant and his card account with credit reference agencies which may be shared with other organization in assessing application from the applicant and members of applicant's household for credit or other facilities and /or preventing fraud and tracing debtors.
49. The Bank has the right to carry out credit checks whilst any money is owed by the applicant on his card account and disclosing information about the applicant and his card account to collection agencies and lawyers for the purpose of collecting debts on applicant's card account.
50. The Bank has the right to effect the items 49 & 50 in respect of any supplementary cardholder on Applicant's card account
51. In case of any complaint, the Applicant may refer back to Customer's complaint Unit at the Bank which is responsible to handle such complaint.
The Special Terms & Conditions of Arab Bank - Zain Visa Credit Card
1. The applicant shall redeem his accumulated Reward Points only at Zain showrooms.
2. The applicant shall redeem the accumulated Reward Points for all the goods and services offered by Zain Company, including payment of Zain phone bills at any of Zain's showrooms only. Arab Bank shall not be liable or responsible in any manner for the redemption of the Rewarded Points.
3. The accumulated Reward Points are redeemed one time, subject to a minimum 200 points accumulated Reward Points.
4. The applicant may exchange goods and/or services in a value that are equivalent to the Monetary Value of the Rewarded Points. The applicant shall bear the difference in value in case the goods and / or services are higher in value than the accumulated points, and the difference in value shall be paid by the applicant to Zain Company directly.
5. The accumulated Reward Points can not be redeemed for cash, under any given circumstances.
6. The Reward Points shall have a validity period of )2( years, starting from its use in the points of sale, after that it shall expire, and become null. Neither Arab Bank nor Zain shall be responsible to compensate the applicants for any loss of non-usage during the validity period of the Arab Bank – Zain Visa Credit Cards
7. "The applicant shall earn Reward Points upon the use of Arab Bank – Zain Visa Credit Card at the points of sale available at various vendors and service providers.
8. The applicant will have to present his Arab Bank - Zain Visa Credit Card and personal ID when redeeming Reward Points at any of Zain's showrooms.
9. The applicant acknowledges that Arab Bank will on monthly basis release and disclose applicant's information to Zain company for the purposes of Reward Points transfer.
10. Arab bank reserves the right to levy any financial charges on the value of Reward Points, from time to time as it deems appropriate and upon notifying the Applicant before fourteen working days of implementation date.
11. The applicants currently holding Arab Bank plc Credit Cards shall not benefit, nor be entitled to Arab Bank – Zain Visa Credit Cards Reward Points program.
12. In case of applicant losing/damaging his credit card, the applicant himself has to notify Zain company with his new issued credit card number to transfer his accumulated points thereto
13. The applicant has the right to transfer the redeemed points to any other Zain number.
14. Applicant shall redeem his accumulated reward points before cancelling his credit card.
15. The cardholder has to refer to Zain for any inquiries regarding the number of accumulated points
16. The monthly credit card statement will show the number of points earned during the mentioned month.
17. The aforementioned Terms and Conditions are strictly applicable to Arab Bank –Zain Visa Credit Cards program, and shall not be applicable to any other Credit Cards issued by Arab Bank plc to its applicants.
18. Zain Co-branded Credit Card members will earn a specific number of reward points, as per the below table:

The Special Terms & Conditions of Arab Bank– Royal Jordanian Visa Credit Card:-
1. The cardholder will be awarded with Miles of permanent traveler program (Royal Plus) sponsored by Royal Jordanian, these Miles are against retail transaction (cash withdrawal is excluded), by rate of one Mile against each JD 1 from the value of purchases, or the equivalent in other currencies according to privilege exchange rates and procedures set by the Bank for the same. This rate will be adjustable by Arab Bank in any time and without the need to inform the applicant or obtain his approval thereof. The Bank records and books shall be considered final and binding and they shall be considered as affirmative evidence whether regarding any kind of debited amounts on the applicant's account or collected Miles. Also, the applicant has no right to object or request checking any of the records, books and statements except for omission or material error.
2. The collected Miles will be transferred to cardholder Mile's balance of the royal Jordanian on monthly basis at the end of the billing cycle, and the total balance of the Miles for that month shall appear on the monthly Credit Card statement for the same month.
3. The maximum limit for switching the collected Miles with tickets is 30 months and after this period the applicant's balance of collected Miles will be deleted.
4. The Bank is not responsible toward primary cardholder for any services offered within Travel program (royal plus) and the bank is not responsible for any claims or damages resulted from the service offered through Travel program and theses services are governed by terms and conditions specified by Royal Jordanian from time to time.
The Special Terms & Conditions of Credit Shield Insurance
These terms & conditions related to Credit Shield Insurance are applied as far as they do not conflict with the Terms and Conditions of Arab Bank Credit Card Issuance/Usage.
The following words indicated in this section of terms and conditions shall have their specified meanings unless the text required otherwise:
• Death:Means death for any cause ( Natural or Accidental Death and shall include death resulted from wars and Terrorism provided that the insured did not participate in)
• Permanent Total Disability:Means the Total Inability of the insured as a result for an accident or disease happened to the insured before the age of sixty and prevent him from performing any occupation for six consecutive months from date of accident of disease diagnosis and provided the insured still alive until proving of inability and having accredited medical reports indication insured permanent inability to perform and permanent total disability coverage include disability resulted from war and terrorism provide that the insured did not participate in.
1. The Credit Shield insurance policy covers, through a third party ( insurance company ), 100% of the insured card's outstanding balance as at date of ( Death , Permanent Total Disability diagnosis ) up to maximum JOD 54000.
2. Insurance coverage will cease automatically when the insured attains 60 years of age for both ( Permanent Total Disability and Death ) benefits .
3. Insurance monthly premium will be calculated based on insurance rate set by the bank and as per card's monthly outstanding balance. Insurance premium installment will appear on the card's transactions statement.
4. Credit Shield Insurance does not apply for corporate, internet, supplementary cardholders and all cardholders under 18 years of age and above 60 years of age.
5. The Bank should be immediately informed /notified upon the occurrence of any incident that may give rise to death or permanent disability claim and original documents requested by the bank should be submitted within 90 days from the date of the accident / incident.
6. Credit Shield Insurance will only apply to Primary Credit Cardholders.
7. Total outstanding balances under the Primary Card will covered up to maximum JOD 54000.
8. The Bank reserves the right, at any time, to change these terms and conditions, rates and pricing and/or reject, discontinue or cancel the insurance policy without assigning any reason thereof and without prior notice
9. All other conditions, terms and exclusions are as per the original policy agreed upon by both signatory parties (Arab Bank & the Insurance Company).
10. The Bank is not liable for any disputes that might arise in connection to this cover.
11. The Cardholder has the option to opt out of the credit shield insurance at any time though once cancelled the cardholder will not be eligible to reinstate the cover or receive a refund for any premiums paid.
12. The Bank has the right to increase/decrease the insurance rate for Credit Shield Insurance in line with the prevailing market conditions without prior notice.
13. Any act of fraud in claim will result in revoking the insured's right in the claim.
14. The insurance coverage for death and permanent total disability for Gaza Strip.
15. The war danger coverage shall not include Yemen Republic, only Sana'a city will be covered at the limit of US$25.000 in case the death or Permanent Total Disability resulted from the reasons of war, kidnapping, disappearing, ransom request or violent death.
16. No compensation shall be made in case of Death/ Permanent Total Disability arising directly or indirectly from any of the following :
i. Suicide or attempted suicide
ii. Active participation in : wars, aggressive acts, military operations whether war is announced or not, participating in actual struggles, riots, civil or political disturbances , terrorism , insurrection or uprising, also inclusions include: Death resulted from working in favor of any organization that have been involved in the government overthrow by force or influence on it by terrorism or violence.
iii. Biological, Chemical or nuclear Contaminations
iv. Criminal act committed by the insured
v. Insured who filed a claim or did not submit the required original documents within 90 days from the date of accident / incident.-
vi. working with explosive material or on oil rigs
17. Along to what mentioned above, Permanent Total Disability (PTD) claims will be excluded if they resulted directly or indirectly from any of the following:
i. Mental or nervous disorder
ii. Self-inflicted injury whether the insured proved sane or insane
iii. Alcohol / drugs consumption
iv. PTD directly or indirectly attributed to HIV and/or any related illness including but not limited to AIDS.
v. Any illness or medical impairment for which the insured was aware of , treated or suffered .
vi. Aviation, gliding or any other form of aerial flight other than as a fare paying passenger of a recognized airline
vii. Participation in any hazardous sports like water diving or participation car or motorcycle races.
viii. Insured's participation in any form of military activities (such as naval, air force or land)
The Special Terms & Conditions of Together Platinum Credit Card:
1. The cardholder will be charged 0.5% of his monthly retail transactions for the purpose of donation to designated Non-profitable organizations. the Cardholder's donations will be split equally across the designated organizations
2.The Bank reserves the right to amend the list of designated Non-profitable organizations from time to time.
3.Donation amount will appear as a charge on the Card Account Statement.
4.Monthly deducted donation amounts are non-refundable.
5.The Bank will match the cardholder donation amounts and will distribute payments equally to the five Non-profitable organizations.
6.The Bank reserves the right to place a cap on the amount of both the cardholder's and the Bank's donations at any time in line with market conditions.
7.The donation amount is a mandatory feature of the card. If the cardholder wishes to cease the donations, he shall cancel the card and repay any amounts outstanding to the Bank.
