• The campaign is valid for all purchase transactions from 8-March-2025 until 7-April-2026.

  • Includes:
    • 4 nights’ accommodation at a 4-star hotel.
    • (1) FIFA World Cup 2026 Group Match ticket (Category 1) of EGY v NZL in Vancouver, Canada per customer.
    • Flight tickets to attend the match.
    • A Visa Hospitality Desk will be available at the hotel for customer support.
    • Visa event staff, medical support, and security staff will be provided during official events.
  • Excludes:
    • Any meals, events, or activities not included in the official program itinerary are excluded.
    • Hotel incidentals (including but not limited to minibar, room service, damages, or personal expenses) are not included.
    • Travel visas to the hosting country are not included and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• The client bears all procedures and expenses related to obtaining the visa to travel to Canada.
• In the event that the winner does not obtain a travel visa, the bank will not be responsible for compensating the winner, and the prize will be awarded to another customer.

• Prize is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Campaign includes all Arab Bank credit cards except VISA Blue, Travel Mate and Internet Shopping card.

• The winner should hold a valid passport at least six months after the return date.
• The package is valid only during the period of the World Cup, and the customer must be able to travel during the dates announced by the bank.
• Only cards issued in Egypt are entitled to enter the campaign.
• Cards should be active and not delinquent at winner announcement date.
• The bank reserves the right to choose the eligible customers as per available information and the bank’s decision is considered as final.
• Business-use, governmental, advertising, wallet transfer and corporate card transactions are excluded from the campaign.
• The bank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this campaign at any time upon notifying the customers through any available channel.

• Prize Award and Conditional Rights:
  • Conditional Award: The Prize Package is awarded on a strictly conditional basis. Your selection as a Winner does not grant you any unconditional right to the Prize Package or its components, including match tickets.
  • The Condition Precedent: The final award of the Prize Package is subject to a Condition Precedent: you must obtain a valid travel visa from the relevant authorities within the specified timeframe. No right, title, or interest in any ticket will vest in you until this condition is fully satisfied.
  • Vesting of Ticket Rights: The match ticket component of the Prize Package is only legally granted and confirmed after the Condition Precedent has been met. Until then, you hold no vested right to a ticket and have no claim to its delivery, substitution, or cash value.
  • Forfeiture: If the Condition Precedent is not satisfied for any reason, the Prize Package is automatically forfeited and becomes null and void.

No Claim or Remedy: By participating, you agree that you shall have no claim for performance, damages, or any other remedy against the Client or its partners, should the Prize Package be forfeited for failure to satisfy the Condition Precedent.
