Terms and Conditions: 

• The campaign starts on 19th of August 2026 and ends on 30th of September 2026.

• The campaign includes a 10% cashback on tuition payments transactions (schools and universities) and transactions from stationary stores through POS or internet.

• To subscribe in the campaign, send “BTS” to 1120 from the registered mobile number only.

• Merchant category description is set based on the merchant category code that is given to the merchant from the bank and which appears on the transaction, noting that only the announced categories will be counted.

• Maximum amount of cashback will be calculated based on total purchases done by the credit card that do not exceed the card limit.

• Maximum cashback should not exceed 10% from customer’s primary credit card limit.

The Maximum cashback during the campaign on customer level

• Campaign includes all Arab Bank Visa credit cards except Internet Shopping card, blue card, La Liga and Travel Mate.

• Cashback amounts will be credited by 30th of October 2026.

• If the customer didn’t receive the cashback, he/she can reach out through the bank’s call center/ secured email to submit a request. The case will be investigated and cashback will be credited if deemed valid. The last day to receive cashback requests is 30th of November 2026.

• In order to be eligible for the cashback, the customer must spend the minimum required amount for their card type as below:

• Please note that any transaction below EGP 1,000 will be excluded from the calculation of Minimum Spend Amount.

• The spend on supplementary cards will be added on the primary card and maximum cashback will be applied over all customer cards under the same account.

• Cash withdrawal and balance transfer are not included in the campaign.

• Cards should be active and not delinquent at draw date

• The bank reserves the right to choose the eligible customers as per available information and bank decision is considered final in this matter.

• The bank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this campaign at any time upon announcement to the customers by any available channel.

• The bank reserves the right to terminate this campaign at any time upon announcement to customers by any available channel.

• Cashback amounts don’t cover the minimum payment amount.

• This campaign cannot be combined with any campaigns.

• The prizes are not transferable at all.

• Business use, governmental transactions, advertisement payments, electronic wallet transfers transactions and corporate cards are excluded from the campaign.
