Due to the current circumstances and in line with Central Bank of Egypt instructions, we would like to inform our customers that they will be able to benefit from the following banking solutions

  • Loans and credit cards installments for individuals will be automatically postponed for 6 months without additional fees, charges or interest. The applicable interest will continue to be calculated as usual.
  • There will be no cash withdrawal fees from any ATM in Egypt for 6 months period
  • Cash withdrawals and deposits limits for Debit cards and daily purchases limits are increased as follows
  • Cash deposit up to 5,000 EGP
  • Daily cash withdrawals and purchases limits:

All customers

Purchases up to 50,000 EGP Withdrawals up to 5,000 EGP   

Arabi Premium Customers

 Purchases up to 200,000 EGP Withdrawals up to 5,000 EGP
Elite Customers
 Purchases up to 500,000 EGP  Withdrawals up to 5,000 EGP
