Bill Payment

To save your time and effort, Arab Bank offers the following Bill Payment Services:

  1. Land Line Phone Bill (local/international):
    This service provides two alternatives (in cooperation with Egypt Telecom Company):
    • Customer can inquire about the amount due & pay Egypt Telecom bill using the “Payment” option available at our Phone Banking Service (Hala Arabi).
    • Or payment can be made automatically by branch upon receiving written “Permanent Instructions” from customer requesting automatic bill settlement.
  2. Mobile Phone Bill
    Customers can instruct the branch to settle their Mobile bills automatically on monthly basis. (Service offered in cooperation with Mobinil).
